What I collect

When you fill out an application, contact form, or booking form on this site, I collect the information you provide directly, including your name, email, phone number, and your answers to application questions. I don't collect anything beyond what you choose to submit.

How it's used

Your information is used only to respond to you, evaluate applications, schedule sessions, and deliver the coaching services you've requested. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

This site relies on a small number of trusted services to function:

• Stripe: processes payments. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by this site.
• Calendly: handles scheduling for calls and sessions.
• Formspree: delivers form submissions from this site to my inbox.
• Netlify: hosts this website.
• Google Fonts: loads the typefaces used on this site.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data on its platform.

Cookies & tracking

This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

Data retention

Application and contact submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and provide the services discussed, or as required by law (for example, financial records related to payments).

Your rights

You can ask what information I hold about you, or request it be corrected or deleted, at any time by emailing whereitallbegins.contact@gmail.com.

Coaching offered through whereitallbegins is intended to support personal growth and self-understanding. It is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or professional financial, legal, or psychological advice. If you are in crisis or need medical or mental health support, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

Payment

Prices listed on this site are in USD and are due at the time of booking, processed securely through Stripe.

Rescheduling & cancellations

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions, are non-refundable.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of this site or its services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
